Round cairn north of Tom's Crags (Tarset with Greystead)
Centred at NY 63817832 on gently sloping south-west facing slopes overlooking the River Irthing is a cairn visible as a mainly heather-covered mound of stones, 15.8m in diameter and 1.7m maximum height. There is no definite kerb. The centre has been slightly !hawked! but it appears to be intact. The area has been afforested but the cairn falls at the junction of three sides and has been spared mutilation. Discovered during field investigation. Surveyed at 1:10,000. (1)
