Callaly Moor hut circle (Whittingham and Callaly)
A prehistoric hut circle attached to a scooped enclosure was discovered during field survey in the 1980s. The hut circle measures 5m across and has a south-facing entrance. A loose stone wall is attached to the hut circle and defines a D-shaped enclosure about 11m across. There are no features within the enclosure and it was probably used as a paddock or animal pen.
