An aerial photograph of this site shows the cropmarks of an enclosure. Excavation have shown that despite much of the site having been built on, parts remain intact. The enclosure was surrounded by a ditch about 5m wide with an entrance through the south-east side. Overall, the enclosure probably measured about 55m by 65m. At the end of the ditch, a cup marked stone was discovered and it is thought to have a ritual significance. The enclosure is probably a Romano-British homestead.
