Bronze Age Burial (Wall)
A stone cist containing human bones and a flint implement was found in low ground, near the river, in the station-master's garden at Chollerford. (1)
There are no visible remains of the cist, or of a possible covering mound, in the former station-master's garden which is centred NY 9201 7048. (2)
