Bronze Age spearhead found on Daveyshiel Moor (Otterburn)

'A beautiful bronze javelin head of later type, looped on both sides was discovered about twenty five years since (c.1850) in cutting a drain near Otterburn'. (1)

Found on Daveyshiel Moor Otterburn. Looped spearhead 6-1/8 inches long. It is now lost (Authority 1 referred to). (2)

The present location of the spearhead has not been ascertained. (3)
