NY 6267 8330. Shieling remains. One room 17 x 19ft. Conjectural east and south walls of a hut. See NY 68 SW 1. (1)

Situated at NY 6265 8329 at about 300m OD on a small rocky spur overlooking the Back Burn is a line of earthfast stones forming the eastern limit of a flat turf area measuring approximately 6m by 4m. The shape of a one roomed oval-shaped shieling could be inferred, but there is insufficient extant evidence for survey. (2)

East and south walls clearly visible, measure 17ft x 9ft. Orientated north-south. (3)
