Romano-British homestead at Lambley (Coanwood)
[NY 67195841] Remains of rectangular earthwork visible on aerial photographs. (1)
Surveyed at 1:2500. The probable remains of a Romano-British rectilinear homestead (in mainly good condition) consisting of a strong rampart and inner ditch, with entrance on the east (flanked by a depression in the south east corner) and the possible remains of huts in the western half of the interior. A break in the west bank is probably modern. (2)
