Prehistoric flint flake found at Togston Links (East Chevington)

Between 2000 and 6000 years ago, during what archaeologists call the later prehistoric period, someone made a tool by chipping flakes from a lump of flint until it was the right shape to be used as a tool. This is one of the waste flakes. It was found at Togston Links, East Chevington. The location of the flake today is unknown.
