Chatton Vicar's Pele (Tillside)
This was the site of a fortified tower. It had been built by 1415. In 1541 it was recorded as 'the site of the vicar's house with an orchard and two other gardens within a wall', though it was said to be in very poor condition. The 19th century vicarage stands on the site and there are no signs of the earlier tower.
