Cup marked stone (Brinkburn and Hesleyhurst)

[Area NU 09200000] Incised stone found. (1)

Near the mouth of Blackburn, a cup marked rock; cannot now be found. (2)

Cup marked rocks near the mouth of the Black Burn on Pauperhaugh Farm. (3)

The field south of Blackburn Cottage, was fully perambulated, but no traces of cup marked rocks were found. The farmer at Pauperhaugh has never seen any cup marked rocks in this field. (4)
