East Hepple Farmhouse (East Hepple Farm) (Hepple)

An 18th and early 19th century house. Built of stone with a Welsh slate roof. (1)

The farmers in 1828 were Arthur Elliott, East Hepple ; James R. Storrer, West Hepple ; and Wm. Storey, Middle Hepple. Sir John Buchanan Riddell, bought the estate in 1804 and he died in 1819. (2a)
