Fallowlees now consists of one smallholding with associated outbuildings, which incorporate the remains of a Castle (NZ 09 SW 9). The surrounding fields are marked by rig-and-furrow ploughing and the only indication of depopulation is one rectangular building platform 30m to the east of the bastle. (2)
