East Harle or Little Harle deserted medieval village, Kirkwhelpington (Kirkwhelpington)
East Harle is a deserted medieval village. Little Harle and East Harle are different names for the same hamlet, which was part of the same township as the nearby West Harle. East (or Little) Harle existed in 1296. By 1666, nine households made up East (or Little) and West Harle. There is no trace of Little Harle today.
