Prehistoric burial (Capheaton)

An urn containing bones together with three jet beads was found under some large flat stones (?cist), about 2ft below the surface, in Sept 1840, by two men digging a drain on Bog Hall Farm, Kirknewton. (1)

No further siting information. The present whereabouts of the finds is unknown. (2)
