2-6 Winston Road, Staindrop (Staindrop)

Two stone-built cottages under red tile roofs with stepped ridge, watertabling and stone kneelers. No. 2 has prominent solid entrance door in pedimented door surround between six over six sash windows to ground floor with retained timber lintels. No. 6, taller and thinner with solid door with overlight sitting close to replaced projecting bay with flat lead roof and substantial wide gable chimney. (2)
