Possible Roman road, extension of Margary RR820 east of Dere Street.

A Roman road branched off the Roman road near Bowes and headed in the direction of Binchester via Raby Castle. It Made a junction with Dere Street to the south of Bishop Auckland and speculation is that the raised track leading to the east is a continuation of the road (1 to 3).
