27 Victoria Avenue (former Mechanics' Institute), Bishop Auckland

The former Bishop Auckland Mechanics' Institute is a three storey, sandstone building constructed in 1880 with an extension in 1900. It has been largely vacant since the 1970s and the first floor suffered damage in a fire in 2015.

This was added to the Local List on 13th November 2023.
