The Seaton Colliery Inn, Seaham (Seaham)
A public house, "The Seaton Colliery Inn" when photographed around 1897, stood on this site. It is shown on the first edition Ordnance Survey map of 1860. It was damaged by wartime bombing and rebuilt in the 1950s as "The Phoenix", but later became a shop.
