A single cup-mark with a faint ring can be found on a turf-covered stone on Goldsborough Rigg. The carving is likely to be Neolithic or Bronze Age in origin (1).

Prehistoric carved rock at Goldsborough Rigg on Cotherstone Moor. The rock is at ground level and largely covered by turf. The visible part measures 0.7 metres by 0.3 metres. The carving consists of a cup with an incomplete, slight ring. This is a Scheduled Monument, protected by law. (3)
