Seaham Lifeboat Station, North Dock, Seaham (Seaham)

A building is shown here on the First edition Ordnance Survey mapping, but not labeled as a lifeboat house until the Second edition Ordnance Survey mapping. The building was recently renovated. (1-3) Houses displays of the East Durham Heritage Group, amongst which is the restored life boat 'George Elmy', associated with a disaster at Seaham in 1962. (5,6)
