This site contains the remains of a level and an old dam and ten shafts. It was probably worked by the London Lead Company. It was closed in 1902.

The site level is extant, the entrance partly obstructed by a building, probably constructed after the level became disused. The front of the building is older, probably contemporary with the mine. (2)
