Prehistoric enclosure, Scale Knoll, Barningham Moor (Barningham Moor)

These are the remains of a stretch of rubble and boulder bank. They may be part of a prehistoric field system. Cup and ring marked stones are built into part of the wall. They are Scheduled Ancient Monuments, protected by law (1). One of the rocks has seven or more cup marks on it, which may be of artificial or natural origin (2).
