Peaseholm Memorial Bungalows, Crook (Crook)
Row of red-brick cottages with slate roofs located on the western edge of the northern spur of the village, close to West Roddymoor. Roofs at the front of the properties are projected out to form sheltered porches, supported by white wooden pillars. Built in 1921 by the Owners and Workmen of Messers Pease and Partners Ltd. Collieries, Crook District, for the disabled soldiers and sailors of the Great War. Exterior plaque set into the wall bears the dedication (1-2).
