South Derwent Colliery (Catchgate)
On 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map the site is marked as having an old shaft.The 2nd Edition Ordnance Survey names South Derwent Colliery, and shows drifts to the east. The Carrmyers shaft appears to still be in production in 1923.
