Silverband (Yorkshire) Lead Mine, Lunedale (Forest-in-Teesdale)
These are the remains of the 19th century Silverband Lead Mine. It was worked from 1852 to 1900. The remains of levels, shafts and hushes can be seen in the surrounding area (4).
