Gill Shop lead mine, Ettersgill Common, Forest & Frith (Ettersgill)

The remains of a 19th century lead mine can be found here. Two shafts, a level and the ruins of a leadminer's shop survive. (1)

Site of post medieval lead mine of 2 or 3 levels, shop and bothy (2).
