Cropmark features visible immediately northwest of Picktree Farm include a large sub-circular enclosure, a ditched feature comprising two straight parallel ditches crossing the sub-circular enclosure, and a smaller circular enclosure west of the first and immediately north of and adjacent to the parallel ditched feature. Various interpretations have been offered, including ring ditch, henge, cursus, Iron Age or Roman settlement enclosure, and ditched trackway.
