Westernhopeburn West is composed of a farmhouse, with adjoining outbuildings, dated 1606 from inscription over moulded doorway. See illus, Grade II*. Also to the right of the farmhouse another house dated 1671 from inscription on doorway lintel. Grade II. (4)
