The Deanery, The College 2004
This building was the home of the medieval prior of Durham. It is now the home of the Dean of Durham Carhedral. The earliest parts of the house are Norman- there is a 13th century chapel and alterations dating to the 14th, 15th and 18th century. The external stair dates to 1974. This is a Grade I Listed Building protected by law.
