Former railway station built in 1875, converted to house. (1-2)

Hall Dene Railway Station, the private station of the Londonderry family near Seaham Hall, was built circa 1854. After the Londonderry Railway was opened in 1905, Lord Londonderry retained the rights to halt all but express trains at the halt. This ceased in 1924. Closed in 1964. Listed Grade II.
