Drinking Fountain at base of Viaduct 1999
This railway viaduct was built in around 1857 by T.E. Harrison for the North Eastern Railway Company. It is built from rock-faced sandstone. A sandstone fountain stands at the base of one of the shafts. This is a Grade II* Listed Building protected by law.
