Old Grammar School, (University Music Department) Palace Green,- river front 2004
This is the Old Grammar School- now used as the music school of the University. The school was founded in the 1541 and rebuilt in 1661 for Bishop Cosin. The western part, the schoolmaster's house, was altered in early 18th century. There are 19th century additions including windows of 1844 by Pickering. This is a Grade II* Listed Building protected by law.
