Heugh Hall Colliery, Cassop-Cum-Quarrington (Coxhoe)
The site of a Post-Medieval coal mine. Heugh Hall Colliery is no longer in use. Its buildings were incorporated into a farm.
The post medieval colliery is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs, centred at NZ 322 379. The feature covers an area of approximately 1.9 hectares. On later photography the feature has been levelled.
