Headlam Packhorse Bridge, Headlam Green, Headlam (Headlam)
This bridge was built to carry packhorses over the small stream on Headlam Green. It dates from around the eighteenth century. Constructed of dressed sandstone, one single segmental arch with a low parapet. This is a listed building. This site is also a Scheduled Ancient Monument, protected by law. (1)
