Site of a bridge at Ebchester (Ebchester)

A narrow bridge was recorded here in 1644. In 1785 the remains of two bridge piers in the river at Ebchester were mentioned, but it was noted that the present bridge was a platform of wood, built on piers with a platform of wood.
