Row of three stone terraced cottages in simple neo-gothic style with grey slate roofs. In private ownership, good condition and currently occupied. They are the entry to Dene House and in a similar architectural style, and with Dene House are not noted on historic mapping c.1860 but were likely built shortly afterwards. High quality building of local stone, set among a larger group on the North edge of the Seaham conservation area (1-3).

May now have been merged into one cottage (4).

This was added to the Local List on 13th November 2023.
