The aerial photographs of this site shows the cropmarks of a rectangular enclosure of unknown date. The north side does not show up very well.
An enclosure of uncertain date is visible as a flat rectilinear platform outlined by an incomplete outer ditch and an inner bank. The site has previously been identified as a possible Roman fort, however this seems unlikely given that the feature is over lying medieval ridge and furrow.
