This small rock is set in the ground. It has several cup and ring marks carved onto it. These carvings were probably created in the Early Bronze Age or Late Neolithic. The purpose of these carvings is not clear though they may have had a religious function. This is a Scheduled Monument protected by law (1).

A cup and ring marked rock situated on Barningham Moor, in the area known as Washbeck Green. The rock art is incised upon a small earthfast boulder measuring 0.65 metres north to south by 0.75 metres transversely, standing to a height of 0.3 metres. The rock art comprises four cup and ring motifs all of which have a groove leading radially from the central cup (9).
