This large stone slab has a large cup and ring mark on it. This carving was probably created in the Early Bronze Age or Late Neolithic. The purpose of these carvings is not clear. This is a Scheduled Monument protected by law (1).
Bronze Age cup and ring marked rock (in situ). The carving consists of a cup mark surrounded by two concentric rings, which are enclosed by an overlapping spiral creating the outermost ring (9).
