Ray Fell burial cairn (Kirkwhelpington)
A cairn of earth and stone with two concentric kerbs: the outer one measures 11.5m in diameter, the inner 6m in diameter. An earthen mound lies in the centre and stand up to 1.5m high. No evidence of extensive robbing. (1)
The cairn is quite flat in the centre and it is not possible to define the two kerbs mentioned in (1) above. (2)
