Town house incorporating remains of the Church of St Mary (Hexham)
This shop was built in the early 19th century, but the rear part of the building includes the main wall of the, now demolished, St Mary's Church, which was built in the 13th century. Traces of the churches windows can be seen. The stone cellar of the shop is probably of 17th century date. It is a Grade II Listed Building protected by law.
