Queen's Cave (Hexhamshire and District)
This cave is said to have been used by Queen Margaret and Prince Edward to hide after the Battle of Hexham in 1464. The entrance to the cave is at the bottom of a tall sandstone crag by the Dipton Burn and inside it is said to have two rooms.
