Cairns west of Beldon Cleugh (Hexhamshire and District)
A group of three prehistoric cairns were recorded here in the 1990s. They measure between 3m and 4m in diameter and stand up to 0.5m high. The cairns are made stone and earth and two of them have traces of a kerb around the edge, suggesting they may have been used as burial places. One of these cairns may be a ring cairn.
