Jet Bead (Simonburn)

A decorated jet bead of trapezoidal form (part of a necklace), was found in a cist in a field called Cruises, [Big and Little Cruses centred NY 867759] the property of Mr Ridley of Park End. It was presented to the Blackgate Museum on February 7th 1821 by Rev A Hedley (Acc No 1821-3). (1)(2)(3)
