(NY 83476855) Grindon Hill, enclosure, Lat. 55 00' 40", Long. 2 15' 30". Included with small oval enclosures, of generally less than 1/4 acre in area. (1)
The remains of a probable Romano-British native homestead, at NY 83566865. Sub-rectangular in shape, it is poorly defined by a slight earth and stone bank, and contains a possible hut-platform. Surveyed at 1:2500. (2)
An Iron Age/ Roman enclosure is visible as an earthwork on air photographs at NY 8356 6864. It is poorly defined by a single bank. (3a)
