Burntridge Moor cairn (Hexhamshire and District)

This prehistoric round cairn was discovered in the 1990s on Burntridge Moor. It measures about 8m across and there are hints of a kerb around the northern side. This suggests it may be a burial cairn rather than a mound of stones cleared from fields.
