Plashetts Farm, Falstone Forest (Falstone)
The remains of a small farm now lie submerged beneath Kielder Water reservoir. The farm was recorded in the 1970s before the flooding and comprised at least one stone-built rectangular building and several associated earthwork features. The farm stood on a river terrace and a suggestion has been made that they may have a medieval origin. However, there does not appear to be any supporting evidence for this theory. The buildings were recorded in plan and elevation.
