Long House Bridge, Falstone Forest (Falstone)
This narrow bridge spans the Lewis Burn and was built in 1814 by Sir John Swinburne. It was used to carry coal from the Long House (or Lewisburn) Colliery. A new road was built here in 1830 and was surveyed by Thomas Telford from Langholm.
