Beadnell Harbour (Beadnell)

Beadnell Harbour was built in the 18th century and expanded in 1798 for the export of lime from nearby lime kilns and herring from a drying house. It has two L-shaped piers 50m long. The north harbour wall incorporates Second World War concrete anti tank blocks in its structure. The harbour is rarely used today. It is a Grade II Listed Building protected by law
