The well-head is a water-filled circular stone trough at ground level 1.4m in diameter and 0.3m deep. See photograph. (3)
Condition unchanged. Published survey (25 inch) correct. (4)
Lady's Well, on east side of Lady's Well Drive. Grade II listed building. Holy well, in its present form probably 18th century. Cut stone. Circular stone basin with lip, backed by low wall with moulded stone bench and backrest or irregular slabs. (5)
